Refund Policy
Overview
Refunds for purchases made on this website are processed by our payment partner, PayPro Global, who acts as the Merchant of Record for all orders.
Refund Window
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of the original purchase date, unless a different refund period is clearly stated on the product page at the time of purchase.
Refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated individually based on the criteria below.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us using the support information provided in your order confirmation email, or reply directly to the PayPro Global receipt you received after purchase.
Please include:
- Your order ID
- The email address used at checkout
- A brief description of the reason for your request
Refund Eligibility
Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis and may depend on factors such as:
- Product type
- Usage
- Whether the product has been successfully activated or substantially used
(for example, extended or repeated use beyond initial evaluation)
In some cases, we may request additional information to verify the issue or help resolve a technical problem before issuing a refund.
If a refund is approved, your license will be revoked and you must stop using the product and delete any installed copies.
Non‑Refundable Purchases
Certain purchases may be non-refundable where clearly indicated before checkout (for example, where a “no refunds” notice is displayed, or for time-limited, consumable, or one-time-use services).
In such cases, refunds will generally not be granted except where required by applicable law.
Repeated refund requests or refund abuse may result in denial of future refund requests.
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be issued by PayPro Global to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider, but refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days after approval.
Refunds cover the purchase price paid. Currency conversion fees, international transaction fees, or other charges imposed by your bank or payment provider are outside the control of Xoftworks and may not be refundable.
Chargebacks
Chargebacks initiated directly with your bank or card issuer may delay or complicate the refund process.
We encourage you to contact us or PayPro Global first so we can review your request and, where appropriate, issue a refund directly.
Compliance
This refund policy is intended to be consistent with PayPro Global’s standard refund practices and applicable consumer protection laws. Where there is a conflict between this policy and mandatory local law, the law will prevail.
